
"WHAT THE HAY" SCULPTURE COMPETITION
Feeling creative? Can you play with hay and make a fun sculpture? Then you can join our Hay Sculpture Competition. The artwork (hay work) will be placed around the Fairgrounds and a cash prize and ribbons will be awarded. Rules are as follows:
1. Participants must use baled hay (for example: round, square)
2. All sculptures must be named and have a sign in front of the creation that states the name.
(You can also put your name on too, signing your creation.)
3. All sculptures must be completed before 8:00 am on Saturday morning.
4. Participants must contact Jeff Chadbourne at 683-5873 prior to fair.

NEW THIS YEAR - Mini "WHAT THE HAY" Contest
You’ve seen our BIG What The Hay entries. Now we are adding a MINI What The Hay Contest. Use your creativity and make a fun smaller sculpture. Cash prizes and ribbons will be awarded per the Exhibit Hall schedule. Rules are as follows:
1. Sculpture must be on a base no more than sixteen inches square.
2. Sculpture should look like some form of a hay bale. It can be made of cardboard, wood, hay, cloth - it’s up to you.
3. The entry must have a title and should be entered at the Exhibit Hall on Friday from 4 - 7pm.
